Please read the following information carefully.

- These items aren't stock products. Orders will be placed with our suppliers the day after the store closes (18/02/25). The turnaround time is then 4-5 weeks from that date. 

- If you would like a personalized name/number on an item, you will need to leave the details in the "add a note to your order"  section. 

- Once your order is placed, we cannot make adjustments to your order, including name and numbers. 

- Please note that pick up is not an option, you will need to pay for postage to your address.
