Refunds, Returns & General Policies
At Blue Dogs Sports we love nothing more than keeping our loyal customers happy. We sell only the highest quality products, so it's highly unlikely you will be anything less than delighted with your purchase. In the event that you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Blue Dogs Sports, please let us know via email (sales@bluedogssports.com.au) and we will respond within 24 hours.
Policy - Sales & Payments
Our standard sales policy requires a 50%, non-refundable deposit to be paid prior to commencing production of custom orders. The remaining 50% is due and payable PRIOR to the goods being sent by us. This payment is only deemed to have been received when cleared funds is received by us. Any unpaid or part paid orders WILL NOT dispatched prior to receiving payment in full.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please refer to the table below for all our manufacturer warranty periods and guidelines in relation to our cricket equipment. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
Please note, customers will be responsible for returning warranty claim products to us along with proof of purchase for assessment.
